Emanuele Inga is a clear example of an artist that engages in electronic music with genuine enthusiasm, assuming that to fulfil one´s dreams hard work needs to be done. From behind the decks of international clubs to creating his own imprint, Emanuele is currently developing his artistic personality as well as his professional strategy as a producer and label manager. Emanuele has always been sensitive to good music and has found himself influenced by all sorts of genres from rap, hip-hop and blues to pure techno and the sophisticated sounds of minimal tech. Born in Palermo, he has been experimenting with mixing music since he was only 12. At the age of 16 he was DJing around Italy, and with only 19 he was already producing. In 2006 he was playing in City Hall in Barcelona, and after his first season in Ibiza in 2009 he fell entirely for the island that later forged his taste in music and style. His admiration towards artists like Marco Carola, Loco Dice, Ricardo Villalobos and Richie Hawtin, amongst many others, made him understand what he wanted to achieve as an artist. Before starting to produce his music Emanuele has had a fascinating life as a DJ. 2010 has seen him DJing in Space alongside Angels of Love during the Carl Cox Revolution party. Two years later he was part of the Republic Festival lineup alongside some of his héroes, Dubfire and Locodice in Naples. Later in 2013, he was playing in the same city at the same events as Paco Osuna and Nicole Moudaber. 2015 has seen Emanuele Inga Djing at Sankeys Ibiza where he was a resident for Tribal Sessions and guest DJ in places like Destino Ibiza and Bora Bora. That same summer he began his residency at the emblematic Pacha Ibiza during the Ibiza Talents party. 2016 was an important year for this dedicated artist. Until then his artistic name was Inga, an abbreviation of his last name; it was not until that year that he decided to add his name, Emanuele. That summer his record label was born under the name Knostra Music, an imprint with a great personality that releases very often tracks that are always in Top 100 on Beatport charts. The following 2017 and 2018 saw Emanuele Inga as part of the Zoo Project family in Benimussa Ibiza where not only he displayed his DJ skills he also had the chance to showcase all the artists that belong to his Knostra collective. During 2017 Emanuele put up his radio show called Nostra Groove that was broadcasted every Friday on Ibiza Global Radio. Throughout this exclusive broadcast, he managed to share his well defined minimal dub techno. In 2018 Emanuelle was all over the place. Besides a Showcased at the famous “Its all about the music” radio show on Ibiza Global Radio, he enjoyed residencies in Zoo Project and Capadi Rebels. He also had gigs at Unusual Suspects, and We Are Sankeys. All this without neglecting his work as a producer. Family values mark the trajectory of Emanuele like love for music, trust and overcoming challenges through unity. There is a lot planned for what is left of 2018, and 2019 looks even brighter.
